Ordered small of four different appetizers. Paid with my card. My wife signed when it showed up. When I got home I found out they had sent large orders. Manager blew me off

This place has decent food. It's one of those Chinese food Restaurants where I would like the way a particular food and you would like that particular food from some other place. Overall all it's decent. No matter where you go most places have gone up on there prices. Luckily here you get enough to fill you up.

Ordered take out for the first and last time here. I ordered Chicken with Broccoli and pork fried rice. The Chicken with Broccoli had soooo much salt in it that I couldn't finish it. I ended up tossing it out. When I called to complain about them getting the order wrong I was passed off to some one else and the woman that spoke to me on the phone was very rude to me. I will never go there or order from them again.

Good food and service

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. This was the first time I have ever tried this place and I will never order from there again. Everything seemed fine and the food was decent, until I bit into one of the boneless spare ribs served in the Pu Pu platter and got a STAPLE in my mouth instead. So dangerous and not okay! I am attaching a picture. Be careful when ordering from this place, you may get a staple in your food.

Jade III is a hit or miss. The ingredients are not particularly fresh or even of medium quality. Most of the time, vegetables are soggy from overcooking and meat is gristly and gummy. The staff friendly and helpful. In my opinion, the plan is strictly take out or delivery. They do have a few tables but an unpleasant atmosphere. The fried food and some "traditional" Chinese items are acceptable.

Very good food

Food has very little flavor or accuracy, none of the szechuan sauce dishes had any flavor or spice and instead some were sweet. Tried three dishes, all had a bland watered down sauce. Pork spare ribs were ok, chicken meat was good quality in the moo shoo.

Kung pao chicken meal was great, big portions, and also generous amount of A+ fried rice.. under $8 and I have enough leftover to eat again.

My coworkers and I just had food delivered from you! I ordered Chicken Chop Suey and it is absolutely the best I have ever had! Fresh and crisp and yummy! My friend ordered Chicago Style Beef Chow Mein and she loves her food also! Our boss got beef teriyaki and agreed his is delicious also! Fast and friendly delivery too! Thank you!

I wouldn't go here again and I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.I placed a large order of chicken chow mein, pork friend rice, egg roll, general tso's chicken, and chicken lo mein, so I got to experience a variety of different dishes. They were very hit and miss, but mostly bad. The general tso's chicken and the egg roll were both pretty good, 7/10, but the rest was absolutely bland and disappointing. It wasn't burnt or under cooked or anything, but the ingredients were cheap and it was very under seasoned, which is the biggest offense a restaurant can make for me. 2/10.Pros: Large portion sizes, quick delivery, reasonable pricesCons: Incredibly bland, hit and miss, low quality ingredients

My family Loves the food here. Everything we have tried is good but some of our favorites are the shrimp lo mein and the General Tso's Chicken. The chow mein and chop suey are also great. The meats and vegetables are always fresh and the service is always friendly. It makes for great take out but we also enjoy eating inside and watching downtown through the big windows.

Food was great and they are super friendly

The steamed dumplings are the best in town, and Jade 3 has fairly quick delivery time. Perfect for nights when nobody wants to cook.

Didn't like the flavor of the fried tofu in my veggies. Great service.

Called in order for delivery721pm. 830 pm called them to ask how much longer. Same girl that took order said it was out for delivery. 901 called back to ask if driver was lost and if he had a phone. She said I needed to talk to her supervisor. He try’s to tell me I never called in the order. I must call another jade resturaunt and insisted I never placed order with them. I explained to him I have there number programmed into my phone and I was hitting redial. I told him we generally have food two to three time a month. Most ordered over 100$. Plus we tip the driver 10$. No more. Redicoulous customer service Food has been going down hilll and restaurant is getting scummy looking. Not recomended

Tried ordering through door dash which was a big mistake, more than half the order was missing, tried clearing things up with door dash but wasn’t getting anywhere. Decided to call the restaurant to see if there was anything they could do. Got a solution very quick and received my order at no extra cost in less than 30 minutes, great food and great service will definitely order directly next time.

Great food and quick service. We've been looking for a good Chinese place after our favorite got renowned and changed, and this place has been our favorite out of the 10 we've tried.

I celebrated my PhD today in this great place. Well we enjoyed a fantastic evening and the place was no doubt one of the reasons for the outstanding evening. The waiters collaborated in a lovely style, the cuisine was great and my buddies were so happy. We shall definitely visit again for more events. Thank you very much.

The food is your average run-of-the-mill Chinese food. But they deliver anywhere in amesbury. And you cannot beat their prices. Great for drunken nights staying in.

I got meat and vegetables with a side of rice for like $7, hard to beat that price.
